In consultation with the parties, it was decided to study the possibility of expanding the plot, which ultimately was a success. For us, the challenge was to make this development plan commercially and financially viable and to make this project achievable.

Given the positive developments with the realisation of Traveller I, Schroders was interested in this new development from the outset. The purchase of a second new-build development to be known as Traveller II was completed in November 2006.

This complex, with its unique location and specifications of around 36,300m², was delivered at the end of 2007, and from delivery was taken into operation by Geodis, which has leased the complex on a long-term basis from the owner Schroders.
