 Given the positive developments with the realisation of Traveller I, Schroders was interested in this new development from the outset. The purchase of a second new-build development to be known as Traveller II was completed in November 2006.
       
     
 This complex, with its unique location and specifications of around 36,300m², was delivered at the end of 2007, and from delivery was taken into operation by Geodis, which has leased the complex on a long-term basis from the owner Schroders.

During the realisation of Traveller I, Habru Projecten was offered a small plot also located at Trade Port West in Venlo, but at a site visible from the A67 motorway. The plot was too small and its layout was not suitable for the realisation of a logistics centre.
