On behalf of a Dutch private investor, Estadium has acquired a portfolio of several shops situated in the cities Eindhoven and Deventer. The shops are being leased to different national chains. The building in Deventer is an official monument and is part of the protected city centre.

Vendor is the Amsterdam stock exchange listed real estate fund VastNed Retail.
