At the beginning of 2016, we look back on a successful 2015 in which we:
Completed and delivered 10.000 m² retail development as an extension of De Bossche Boulevard Shopping Mall. This plan was made in 2011 after we acquired the property and contracted Media Market as anchor tenant.
Completed and delivered 30.000 m² logistics in Venlo to DSV at a BREEAM 3 star level.
Started with the development of 70.000 m² new logistics of which the largest building will be completed in 2016.
Acquired 150.000 m² development land
Acquired 3 monumental offices in Amsterdam inner city
Acquired several individual high street shopping retail units on behalf of private and institutional investors.
Doubled the Property Management portfolio and decreased the portfolio vacancy rate to 2%
The prospect for 2016 is positive as well. The main focus of Estadium for the coming years will be on development and regeneration of older properties. This will be done in a partnerships structure with occupiers, investors and developers. During the course of the year we will deliver several new projects to investors and occupiers.
