On behalf of a private investor Estadium acquired 2 monumental buildings in the city centre of Zwolle. The buildings are located at the Melkmarkt and let to a restaurant.
Heathcare Centre Development /
In a joint venture with Coresta Health Care, Estadium is currently developing a new healthcare centre in Amsterdam.
The project concerns the redevelopment and transformation of an existing old office building into a healthcare centre for the elderly. The plan provides in the creation of residential apartments with care facilities and a first line healthcare plinth for the neighbourhood.
At the moment Estadium is in negotiations with several investors and healthcare providers.

Estadium active in Leeuwarden /
As the housing advisor of Post Interieur & Design in Leeuwarden, Estadium has started the rental of 7.300 m² large scale shop-space in Leeuwarden. This shop-space is currently still in use as a large furniture sho, but Estadium is now looking for a new user for this recently built and prominently situated complex, on behalf of its current owner. Because of its modern architecture, the numerous possibilities for subdivision and the options for further expansion on the same terrain, this complex has many attractions for future tenants. Estadium has already established a good contact with the Leeuwarden municipality and with different parties already showing an interest in the building.
Estadium advising childcare center /
Enjoy Kinderopvang, a childcare center in Amstelveen, has rented a new establishment in Amstelveen, which has ben open as of early September of this year. The landlord is a private investor. Estadium has been acting as Enjoy’s housing advisor.
Growth in Corporate Real Estate advice /
It is noted that Estadium has become more and more active as the advisor for (inter)national companies during the last months. Next to rental reviews, many organisations are now also actively looking for new housing possibilities. Estadium researches and analyses the different possibilities for these organisations and negotiates the purchase and leasing of these new establishments.

In the past months, Estadium has become more and more active in the market for Healthcare real estate. Estadium is currently tracking down new establishment locations for several Healthcare providers.
Estadium Corporate Advisor to IBFD /
In 2006 Estadium was instructed by the International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation (IBFD) to advise them with their accommodation plans.
Although IBFD originally had plans to relocate and develop their new headquarters, they decided to prolong the lease for their current international headquarters located near the Amsterdam Ring road in January 2009. On behalf of IBFD Estadium negotiated the new lease of this 6.500 m² office building with the owner.
Traveller III completed /
At 23rd of December 2008 the 18.000 m² logistic centre Traveller III, located at Venlo, was completed and delivered to Altera Vastgoed.

Estadium starts letting of Traveller III /
Estadium has started the letting of the logistic centre Traveller III in Venlo. This distribution centre of 18.334 m² lettable floor area is currently under construction and will be completed in December 2008.

Estadium Moves ! /
After a few succesfull years in Gebouw De Koophandel Estadium will move to a unique and monumental canalhouse at the Gouden Bocht in Amsterdam. The Gouden Bocht is the most prestigous office area in Amsterdam and we are proud to move our offices to this area. You can visit us at our new office as per 1st of november.
Estadium participates in Alpe d'Huzes /
On June the 5th Eelco van Loenen will participate in the Alpe d'Huzes. Alpe d’HuZes wants to raise funds to fight cancer by cycling up the Alpe d’Huez six times in one day.
The name, Alpe d’Huzes, is a combination of the Dutch word for “six” and the name of the mountain. In a team with Ton Oostenrijk from Rechtstaete Eelco will try to climb the Alpe several times. For additional information or sponsoring.

DHC acquires famous Hotel Restaurant ’T Jagershuis /
The Dutch Hotel Collection (DHC) acquires the well know and respected Hotel Restaurant ‘t Jagershuis in Ouderkerk aan de Amstel. The Hotel Restaurant is located in monumental buildings next to the Amstel River.
In this combined transaction were the management company and the property were sold, the buyers were advised by Estadium.
Purchase of portfolio of 7 retail outlets /
In March 2005, we purchased two portfolios consisting of a total of 7 individual retail outlets in the centre of Amsterdam on behalf of a private investor. The shops are located in the Utrechtsestraat, the Haarlemmerdijk and the Kerkstraat. The investment involved around €2.2 million, and the sellers were two private investors.
Aquisition Residential Portfolio The Hague /
On behalf of a Dutch Private Investment Company we have aquired a residential portfolio in August 2006. The portfolio consists of houses and appartments all located in The Hague. The portfolio was sold in a closed Tender structure.
International Hotel advise /
Recently we have been advising one of our international operating investors with the acquisition of a hotel in Germany. This was the first time Estadium was active as advisor in crossing border hotel transactions. In The Netherlands we have been active in some hotel and leisure investments over the past years.
Altera Vastgoed Acquires Traveller III in Venlo /
Altera Vastgoed nv, a Dutch private real estate fund signed a turnkey contract with Logistics developer Habru Projecten BV from Tegelen for the development of the Traveller III distribution centre at the Columbusweg at Trade Port West in Venlo.
The total lettable Floor area will be 18.000 m² and the completion is planned for the end of 2008. Estadium sold the property to Altera on behalf of Habru Projecten BV.
Acquisition of retail and residential portfolio /
On behalf of a Dutch Private Investment Company we have acquired a retail and residential portfolio in May 2007. The portfolio consists of several retail strips with residential units and are all located in the Randstad.
Acquisition of retail warehouse shopping centre /
On behalf of an international property investment fund management company we have acquired a retail warehouse shopping centre in Dordrecht. The centre has a total floor area of 18.000 m² subdivided over 12 individual units.
The shopping centre is located prominently next to the A16 motorway (Rotterdam – Antwerp) and is mainly let to the larger (inter)national retail chains like Kwantum, Carpet Right, Beter Bed and Bruynzeel keukens.
