Estadium closed a letting transaction for 2 retail units to Quality One Shops. One of the units is located at the shopping boulevard “Dordt” in Dordrecht, and the other at shopping boulevard De Bossche Boulevard in Den Bosch. Quality One Shops will be using both these acquired stores, for her new store-formula for bathroom equipment.
Q1Shops.nl is originally an online shopping website for the Netherlands and Belgium, with an assortment of over 200.000 articles of bathroom equipment, varying in product groups and offered at very sharp prices.
Q1 Sanitair will open both new stores in September 2012, showing her bathroom equipment and other sanitary products like designer radiators, kitchen taps and tiles, in various showrooms.
Next to the internet shop, these ‘regular’ stores will offer Q1 more possibilities to show her products to the customers and also to add the touch of personal advice.
Q1 has signed a long term agreement, for both locations. In total, Q1 is renting approx. 1.700 m².
Both new stores are situated at shopping boulevards which are owned by investment funds being managed by Rockspring.
